Seahawks Practice Schedule
Practice Upate for Thursday Sept 2st
**If your Head Coach has NOT cancelled practice for tonight**
1. Please send plenty of water for your child
2. The players will be getting frequent breaks
3. SHELLS ONLY (shoulder pads, tee shirts, helmets and shorts) for today
**Unless instructed differently by your coach**
(i.e., no pads, no hitting, no extreme or stressful drills)
4. We will try our best to set up portable tents for the Players to take several breaks IN THE SHADE.

Normal days are:
Var and JV teams, Tues - Fri 5:00PM - 7:00PM (some Saturdays at coaches' option)
A and B teams, Wed - Fri; 5:00PM - 7:00PM
**Coaches have the final say on practice times for their teams**
**For Labor Day weekend**
Individual coaches may cancel their Friday and/or Monday practices. ASK YOUR COACH
All practices will take place at the Linden Street practice fields (behind the old Exeter High School)
